Osteoarthritis- A Brief Overview
Osteoarthritis is a disease in which the cartilage, primarily in the knees, elbows, and spine, progressively deteriorates. Though we tend to think of arthritis and its attendant diseases as those that “old people” experience, osteoarthritis can strike at any age, and often, as a result of overuse.
